The plant came back saying the fonts did not work when they opened the artwork, and they were right. The type was embedded as unnamed subsets, so Illustrator offered to substitute it instead of using it — which is why their proof came back in the wrong letterforms. Every character on every panel is now a filled vector path. There is no font left in any file, so there is nothing to install, nothing to substitute and nothing that can go wrong on their RIP.
Nothing else changed — same layout, same positions, same ink, same codes. Checked, not assumed: old and new were rendered at 1152 dpi through two independent PDF engines and compared pixel by pixel. On five of the six panel files not one pixel differs; on the sixth, 52 pixels out of 29 million. The barcode and QR were re-read off the new artwork and still decode.
One thing worth passing on: their proof appears to read “25 MG PER PIECE”. That is the substituted font mangling a 7 — the artwork says 75 mg per piece, 600 mg total, 8 pieces, which is consistent. Nothing to fix there.
The file names are unchanged, so an old copy will still look right in a folder listing. Ask them to pull these again and delete what they have.
What this is
Every image here is rendered from the actual print artwork on the actual die — not a visualisation. The pouch shape, the zipper position, the window and the way the bottom curves under are all geometry, so what you see is what the plant makes.
Laid out the way this plant already reads — numbered plates per panel with BLACK-is-<what> naming, a reference folder and the two plain-text documents. The release is one download and it is complete — every plate, both documents and the factory spread, with nothing to pick between and nothing to merge.

Everything you sent on 6 August — the manufacturer’s nutrition sheet, the Maine statutory content and the QR destination — applied to every asset on this page: both panels, the flats, the 3D shots, the plates, the CMYK TIFFs, the factory spread and both documents. The 31 July revisions are all still in.
- All type is outlined — the font problem is goneThe plant could not use our fonts: Chrome had embedded them as unnamed subsets (literally named
AAAAAA+false), and the factory spread they plate from also carried two fonts that were never embedded at all. 3,153 characters across all seven files are now filled vector paths and not one font object remains. Verified against the originals through two independent PDF engines, plus an independent syntax check, with the barcode and QR re-decoded off the new pixels. - Nutrition Facts are fully populatedThe manufacturer’s figures are in, exactly as you sent them — per 1 piece (5 g): 10 calories, 0 g fat, 0 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate (3 g total sugars, 3 g added), 0 g protein — plus the full FDA footnote. No blank rules remain on the panel. Your two THC numbers are unchanged.
- The Maine statutory block is real nowThe dashed reserve is filled: the state’s own universal symbol (unmodified, on the white tile the state requires, 13.4 mm — the legal floor is 12.7 mm), your CONTAINS HARVESTED CANNABIS line, and the medical-program warning, verbatim. The state’s vector EPS and its guidance PDF ship in
reference/so the plant can place the original directly. - The QR opens reallyelevated.comAs requested for the print run: the back-panel QR encodes https://reallyelevated.com/ — the brand website — instead of the old lab-results placeholder, and its caption reads SCAN TO VISIT US. Point your phone at any back-panel image on this page to test it.
- What made the roomThe warning is law and would not fit beside our courtesy copy, so two things we had written ourselves came off the back: “Keep out of reach of children” and the three dosing lines (the warning itself says KEEP AWAY FROM MINORS). Say the word if you want any of that back and I’ll re-cut the column.
- The CMYK TIFFs now match the spec sheetCaught while re-verifying for this round: the pre-separated TIFFs were keying the violet to an abandoned darker build (85/95/0/55) while the printed spec promised 82/92/0/10. The separation now reads the same locked table the spec prints, so the files and the paperwork can’t disagree again.

State symbol originals
The State of Maine universal-symbol files exactly as the OCP publishes them — the CMYK vector EPS, the PNG and the state guidance sheet. The symbol is already placed in the artwork; these are for the plant, which can drop the EPS in directly if that suits its RIP.

The documents, loose
A copy of each is already inside both complete downloads. These are here so you can read them without unzipping 25 MB. Same folder layout, plate numbering and BLACK-is-<what> naming as the Spliff release, because it is the same plant.
Still needed before plates
None of these are guesses in the artwork. Each one is a labelled, dimensioned empty reserve on the pack, so the layout already holds the right amount of room for the real content.
- Net weight of the packStill not on the pack. The piece weight is now known (5 g), which suggests 40 g for 8 pieces — but the declared number is yours to confirm, so nothing prints until you say so.
- Ingredients + allergen declarationComes from the final formulation. It is not on the simplified back — say if you want it there and I will fit it under the nutrition panel.
- Real GTINBarcode carries an obvious placeholder, 0123456789012. It is a real scannable EAN-13 at the GS1 minimum size — only the number is fake.
- The die itselfGeometry is lifted 1:1 from the template you sent, but that is Higher Forms’ tooling. Get the plant’s confirmed dieline for your own PO before plates.
- “100% THC Extract” and “Real fruit”Still claims rather than measurements — they came off your approved render and I have only swapped the wording you asked me to swap. Confirm both before plate.
- Original wordmark vectorThe Elevated script was re-vectorised from the 558 px web PNG. Clean vector now, but send the AI/EPS if it exists and I’ll swap it for perfect edges.
