    Painted splatter and the hero gradient: four colour, continuous tone,
    through the ICC. No finish over the window.

HOW THE CMYK FILES WERE MADE
    Not a naive mode conversion. Flat brand colour is KEYED to the exact locked
    build above. The painted splatter frame and the gradient type go through a
    real ICC transform against U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2, which is embedded in
    every TIFF. Barcodes are forced to K only - a barcode built from four plates
    fringes on the slightest misregistration and stops scanning.
    Verified by reading the written files back: every keyed build lands exactly.
    Total area coverage: max 288.6 %, nothing above 300 %.

THE PAINTED FRAME IS RASTER, DELIBERATELY
    The splatter is painted artwork at 412 dpi native across the panel, placed
    at 400 dpi. It is not vector and should not be re-traced. What makes it read
    as thrown ink is hues bleeding into each other and fine spray, neither of
    which survives being turned into flat vector shapes. Type, badges, barcode
    and QR are all true vector on top. Source art is in reference/.

CODES
    EAN-13   80 % magnification, 29.83 x 20.81 mm including quiet zones,
             back panel, one per pouch. This is GS1's minimum for a retail
             symbol - below it no till scanner reads reliably. Drawn as vector
             rectangles, not a bitmap, and verified by decoding the rendered
             pixels back module by module: 95 of 95.
    QR       13.0 mm, back panel, lab COA / verify URL.
