ELEVATED - AiR-ESS GUMMIES - PACKAGING PRINT RELEASE built 2026-07-29 . Dabber Studio WHAT THIS IS Production artwork for one printed piece: stand-up pouch 101.6 x 127 mm face + 50 mm bottom gusset clear laminate film, opaque white underprint zipper, tear notches, child resistant Two options are included. They are the SAME LAYOUT and differ by one word: A_with-AiR-ESS Elevated script + AIR-ESS GUMMIES B_no-AiR-ESS Elevated script + GUMMIES Everything is authored at 25 px/mm - 635 dpi at trim - and registered to the dimensions on the die that came with the enquiry. Folder layout, plate numbering and the BLACK-is- naming are the same as the Spliff release you were sent in July. READ THIS BEFORE YOU PLATE - FIVE THINGS ARE STILL CLIENT-SUPPLIED 1 THE VERIFIED DIELINE. The die we were given is the tooling from a DIFFERENT customer's job (Higher Forms), supplied only as a size reference. Geometry has been lifted from it 1:1 and is internally consistent, but nothing should go to plate against a die that was not cut for this order. Please send the confirmed knife for this PO. 2 REAL GTIN. The EAN-13 on the back panel encodes the placeholder 0123456789012. Send the real GTIN-13 and it is regenerated and re-verified in minutes. 3 STATUTORY SYMBOL AND WARNING WORDING, per market. There is a dimensioned, labelled reserve on the back panel, 35.2 x 19 mm, holding the space. It is deliberately empty - no symbol has been invented. 4 PIECE COUNT, NET WEIGHT, TOTAL THC PER PACK, and the INGREDIENT and ALLERGEN declaration. All four sit in labelled empty reserves on the back panel. The layout already holds the right amount of room. 5 THE FRONT SPEC LINE reads "100% Live Sauce Infused . Real Fruit . 10mg THC each". That wording came from the client's own approved visual, not from us. It is a claim, and it should be confirmed before plate. Items 2-5 are drop-in text and code swaps on a locked layout. Item 1 is the only one that could move artwork. FOUR THINGS FOR THE PRINTER TO CONFIRM A THE WINDOW. The front carries a clear window 89.6 x 12 mm, rounded 3 mm. It is knocked out of the white underprint AND out of the spot varnish - see plate 07. The varnish knockout is grown 0.3 mm so it stops short of the window edge rather than butting it. Confirm your minimum unprinted land around a window on this film. B THE FOIL PLATE IS OPTIONAL. Plate 06 carries the Elevated script only. In this design the script prints as WHITE INK by default and the foil is an upgrade. If it is wanted, confirm the foil colour - we have specified SILVER to match the metallic script on the client's vape cartons, not the gold the template's fourth layer is labelled with (烫金). C SPOT VARNISH MUST NOT CROSS THE FOIL. Plates 04 and 06 share zero pixels by construction. If you re-derive either, keep it that way - varnish over a hot stamp lifts it. D THE BOTTOM 21 MM OF THE FRONT PANEL BECOMES THE BASE. With a 50 mm gusset the base opens to roughly 43 mm and that film comes out of the bottom of the printed front. Everything below y = 105.7 mm curves under. The layout deliberately finishes at 105.5 mm. Nothing important is down there, and nothing should be moved into it. FOLDER GUIDE pouch/ A_with-AiR-ESS// the plates that differ between options B_no-AiR-ESS// - composite, type plate, spot UV plate _shared-plates-both-options// the layers that are byte-identical for both options: base field, artwork-without-type, white underprint, foil, window knockout. 13 plates. The two options differ by one word, so most layers really are the same and you should only hold one copy. is front, back or gusset. reference/ the die as supplied, the full factory spread for each option, a dieline-marked check proof, the wordmark as vector, the painted frame source art, and a contact sheet. Shared-plate decisions were made by hashing the RENDERED PIXELS, not the source files, so a plate is only called shared when it truly is.
