ELEVATED - EDIBLE ESSENTIALS - GUMMIES - PACKAGING PRINT RELEASE
built 2026-07-31 . Dabber Studio

WHAT THIS IS
Production artwork for one printed piece:
        stand-up pouch 101.6 x 127 mm face + 50 mm bottom gusset
clear laminate film, opaque white underprint
                         zipper, tear notches, child resistant
ONE VERSION. There is no A/B option any more - the AiR-ESS wording was
dropped from edible packaging on 2026-07-31. The front lockup reads, top to
    bottom:
        Elevated the brand
        EDIBLE ESSENTIALS the product line
        GUMMIES the product
Everything is authored at 25 px/mm - 635 dpi at trim - and registered to the
dimensions on the die that came with the enquiry.

Folder layout, plate numbering and the BLACK-is-<what> naming are the same
as the Spliff release you were sent in July.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU PLATE - FIVE THINGS ARE STILL CLIENT-SUPPLIED
1 THE VERIFIED DIELINE. The die we were given is the tooling from a
DIFFERENT customer's job (Higher Forms), supplied only as a size
reference. Geometry has been lifted from it 1:1 and is internally
consistent, but nothing should go to plate against a die that was not
cut for this order. Please send the confirmed knife for this PO.
2 REAL GTIN. The EAN-13 on the back panel encodes the placeholder
0123456789012. Send the real GTIN-13 and it is regenerated and
       re-verified in minutes.
3 STATUTORY SYMBOL AND WARNING WORDING, per market. There is a
dimensioned, labelled reserve on the back panel, 38.2 x 9.2 mm,
holding the space. It is deliberately empty - no symbol has been
       invented.
4 THE NUTRITION FACTS VALUES. The panel on the back is set in the real
format and is complete EXCEPT for the figures the factory has not
issued: calories, fat, sodium, carbohydrate, sugars, protein, and the
gram weight of one piece. Each of those prints as a VISIBLE BLANK RULE
so that nobody can mistake an unknown for a zero. NET WEIGHT and the
INGREDIENT and ALLERGEN declaration are not on the pack at all yet.
The two THC figures ARE final and client-confirmed: 75 mg per
piece, 600 mg per container, 8 pieces per pack.
5 THE FRONT CARRIES CLAIMS: "100% THC EXTRACT" on the badge and "REAL
FRUIT GUMMIES". That wording came from the client's own approved visual,
not from us. Both should be confirmed before plate.

Items 2-5 are drop-in text and code swaps on a locked layout. Item 1 is the
only one that could move artwork.

FOUR THINGS FOR THE PRINTER TO CONFIRM
A THE WINDOW. The front carries a clear window 85.6 x 9.5 mm,
rounded 2.4 mm. It is knocked out of the white underprint AND out of
the spot varnish - see plate 07. The varnish knockout is grown 0.3 mm so
it stops short of the window edge rather than butting it. Confirm your
minimum unprinted land around a window on this film.
B THE FOIL PLATE IS OPTIONAL. Plate 06 carries the Elevated script only.
In this design the script prints as WHITE INK by default and the foil is
an upgrade. If it is wanted, confirm the foil colour - we have specified
SILVER to match the metallic script on the client's vape cartons, not the
gold the template's fourth layer is labelled with (烫金).
C SPOT VARNISH MUST NOT CROSS THE FOIL. Plates 04 and 06 share zero
pixels by construction. If you re-derive either, keep it that way -
varnish over a hot stamp lifts it.
D THE BOTTOM 21 MM OF BOTH FACES BECOMES THE BASE. With a 50 mm gusset
the base opens to roughly 43 mm, and that film is drawn out of the
bottom of the printed FRONT AND the printed BACK - the gusset is sealed
to both. Everything below y = 105.7 mm curves under and is not a display
surface. Type on both panels deliberately finishes above that line: the
front at 104.3 mm, the back at 103.0 mm. Nothing important is down
there, and nothing should be moved into it.

FOLDER GUIDE - ONE COMPLETE RELEASE, NOTHING REFERENCED OUTSIDE IT
    00-READ-ME-FIRST.txt this document
    01-PRINT-SPEC.txt the specification
FACTORY-SPREAD.pdf the imposed sheet on the template's own grid.
THIS IS THE ONE TO PLATE FROM.
front/ back/ gusset/ the numbered plates for each panel, complete.
08-guides.png in each is the die, safe area,
zipper and notches on their own - lay it over
                                10-composite_BLEED3mm.png to check registration.
reference/ the die as supplied, the wordmark as vector,
the painted frame source art, and a contact
                                sheet of all three panels.
separation-report.json keyed percentage and ink coverage per panel.

There is ONE version of this pack. Earlier drafts carried an A/B option for
the AiR-ESS wording; that wording is not used on edibles and the option has
been removed. If you were sent an A/B release before this date, discard it.
